UPHOLSTERY
We sell upholstery foam cut to size and standard-stock upholstery foam sheets (custom cut available) in a range of qualities and firmnesses. All the upholstery foam sold is certified flame retardant free, except Rebond.
This type of foam can be used for just about any interior upholstery job, such as reupholstering couches and chairs, as well as some dry marine and RV applications. You can easily narrow down our variety by foam use, special features, firmness, thickness and size to ensure that you find a style that’s tailor-made to your specific upholstery job. Use these foam options for creating your own seat cushions, benches, boat cabin seating, headliners, berth mattresses and much more.
CUSHIONS
All couch and furniture cushions need replacing eventually. With over 19 density and firmness choices, and dozens of shapes to choose from, reliable, long-lasting and custom-made replacement cushions. We make cushions to fit your exact specifications, including firmness, foam quality, shape and dimension – and can accommodate details like dacron batting, or wrapping.
BEDDING
We offer only high-quality foam for this area of the home to ensure a long-lasting addition of superior performance. One of the best aspects about foam is that there is so much diversity in options so finding the right solution is easy. With varying thicknesses available, as well as options for twin, queen, king, and more in terms of size, finding the perfect mattress with the undeniable comfort of foam is simple. From super soft to extra firm, we have an option for every preference. Open cell foam is one of the most breathable materials with the internal structures being open and able to hold air. This means not only is the foam comfortable and body contouring, but it is also sanitary, cool, and won't accumulate odor.
PACKAGING
Protect your shipments and ensure your packages arrive safely. We stock many types of foam to pad packages for shipping. Packing foam can be cut into custom shapes, to your custom dimensions.
